Prices are inclusive of electricity, linen, towels and heating in winter months, but not the end of stay cleaning charge of £30.

Booking conditions
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at time of booking.
The balance (70%) should be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival, plus a £30 end of stay cleaning charge.

Unless an alternative currency and amount is agreed with the owners in advance, payments should be made in £GB by bank transfer to owners’ bank account.

A bond cheque of £200 against damage and breakages is required on arrival. This will be returned one week after departure provided the property has been left in good order.

Important information
Both properties are let by the week – Saturday to Saturday. Arrival no earlier than 16.00 hrs. Departure before 10.00 hrs.

Children are welcome during school holidays. If both gites are rented together a 5% discount will apply to the two rentals.

Linen and towels (1 bath, 1 hand and 1 pool towel per person) will be provided and changed weekly.

Under no circumstances may more people than specified occupy the property.

We regret animals are not permitted.

Cancellation policy
Clients are liable for the full cost of rental unless the owners are able to re-let the property. In this case a full refund will be made. We strongly advise clients to arrange holiday insurance that provides cancellation cover.
